บทคัดย่อ (Eng) :	Synthetic ceramic hollow microsphere are fabricated by firing an agglomerate precursor prepd. from an aluminosilicate-contg. primary component and a blowing agent (such as carbon black) in a binder at a temp. sufficient to seal the surface of the precursor and activate the blowing agent to form the hollow microspheres. The synthetic hollow microspheres may be used as filler in composites or modifier or for containment applications.
บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) :	ceramic hollow microspheres ประดิษฐ์ขึ้นโดยการเผาอนุภาคของสารตั้งต้นที่เตรียมโดยใช้อะลูมิโนซิลิเกทและสารฟู (blowing agent) เช่น คาร์บอนแบลค ซึ่งอยู่ในสารช่วยยึดเกาะ โดยใช้อุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมเพื่อปิดพื้นผิวของสารตั้งต้นและกระตุ้นให้สารฟูก่อตัวเป็น hollow microspheres ทั้งนี้ hollow microspheres ที่ได้อาจนำไปใช้เป็นตัวเติม (filler)ในคอมโพสิท(composites) หรือ ดัดแปลง หรือ ประยุกต์ใช้กับงานอื่นที่ต้องการ
