บทคัดย่อ (Eng) :	Ceramic whitewares: A fired ware consisting of glazed or unglazed ceramic body which is commonly white and of fine texture. A main driving force for European whiteware research was the manuf. of porcelain. This effort was supported by governments and success was achieved as a result of a remarkable research effort that led to Meisen porcelain. The 18th century saw remarkable advances in ceramic whitewares. Subsequently there have been substantial advances in colloid and surface chem.. applicable to whitewares and many engineering advances in manuf. Further advances will largely depend on cooperative industry initiatives.
