บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) :	แผ่นผนังกั้นเสียง (soundproof wall plate) และวิธีการผลิตมีการเตรียมเพื่อลดและป้องกันเสียง รวมถึงรักษาสภาพความสวยของผนังไว้ไม่ให้สีผิวของผนังซีดลง การเคลือบแก้ว (glass glaze) สำหรับหลอมพลาสติก (plastic melting) จะผสมกับตัวช่วยยึดเกาะ (binder) เพื่อช่วยในการอัดแบบ (molding) ซึ่งขึ้นอยู่กับตัววัสดุที่ใช้ในการเจียระไน (grinding) ที่มีขนาดอนุภาคเท่ากับ 4 เมช และ 50 เมช ได้จากการเจียระไนเศษเหลือทิ้งของกระเบื้อง, วัสดุจากฉนวนและเซรามิกที่เหลือทิ้ง โดยนำมาอัดใหม่เป็นแผ่นผนังกั้นเสียงและโครง จากนั้นนำมาประกอบร่วมกับแผ่นเหล็กที่มีช่องสำหรับใส่แผ่นผนังกั้นเสียงเข้าไป ช่องว่างนั้นจะเชื่อมติดกันด้วยแผ่นผนังกั้นเสียงและโครงอย่างถาวร แผ่นผนังกั้นเสียงจะถูกหลอมเข้ากับโครงเช่นเดียวกับวัสดุจากฉนวนและเซรามิกที่เหลือทิ้งโดยใช้อุณหภูมิในการหลอมพลาสติกสูง 1200 องศาเซลเซียส
บทคัดย่อ (Eng) :	A ceramic soundproof wall plate and a method for manufg. the same provided to prevent decrease of a soundproof characteristic as time goes by and to maintain an elegant state without fading a color of a surface. A glass glaze for a plastic melting is mixed with a binder for a molding promotion based on a grinding material having particles as 4 mesh and 50 mesh by grinding a waste tile, a waste insulator and a waste ceramic to mold a soundproof wall plate body(1). A soundproof wall plate frame(2) is formed with an iron plate having a groove to insert the soundproof wall plate. A space is mounted between the soundproof wall plate body and the soundproof wall plate frame by engaging fixedly. Therein, the soundproof wall plate body is formed by melting a randomized polygonal frame as the waste tile, the waste insulator and the waste ceramic with high temp. plasticity at 1200º.
