บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) :	บล็อกสำหรับงานก่อสร้างมีความหนา 50 มม. ความสามารถในการซึมผ่านของน้ำตามธรรมชาติต่อหน่วยพื้นที่ 35 มม./h ความแข็งแรง 150 กก./ตร.ซม. ผลิตโดยขั้นตอนดังนี้ (1) บดเศษผลิตภัณฑ์เซรามิก เช่น กระเบื้อง ฉนวนไฟฟ้า จาน บล็อกที่มีส่วนผสมของพอร์ซเลน พอร์ซเลน หรือสโตนแวร์ ซึ่งมีความสามารถในการดูดซึมน้ำ  5% มีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลางไม่เกิน 10 มม. (2)ใส่สารช่วยยึดเกาะ 10-30% โดยน้ำหนัก มีลักษณะเป็นผงขนาด  0.1 มม.ที่มีจุดหลอมเหลวต่ำ สารเคลือบที่มีจุดอ่อนตัว 800C และอาจเพิ่มดินเหนียว หรือสารช่วยยึดเกาะอื่นๆ 0-10% โดยน้ำหนัก (3)ผสม (4)ขึ้นรูป (5)เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 700-900C บล็อคที่ได้สามารถนำมาใช้ประโยชน์และช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมด้วย
บทคัดย่อ (Eng) :	The construction block with thickness 50 mm, natural water permeability per unit area 35 mm/h, and compression strength 150 kg/cm2 is manufd. by (1) breaking wastes of ceramic products (e.g., tiles, insulators, dishes, or blocks of semi-porcelain, porcelain, or stoneware materials) with water absorption 5% into grains with max. diam. 10 mm, (2) adding a binder, that is 10-30 wt.% micropowder with size  0.1 mm of low-m.p. enamel frits or glass frits with softening point  800 C and optionally 0-10 wt.% clay material or other binder, to the aggregate, (3) mixing, (4) forming, and (5) firing at 700-900. The construction block is useful for environmental protection.
