บทคัดย่อ (ไทย) :	ปูนปลาสเตอร์สำหรับทำแบบในอุตสาหกรรมเซรามิกที่ไม่ใช้แล้วสามารถนำมาใช้เป็นวัตถุดิบสำหรับผลิตแก้วทำขวดเบียร์ได้ โดยใช้ได้ถึง 4%-5% ของสูตรการผลิตแก้วขวดเบียร์ เนื่องจากในปูนทำแบบมีสารแคลเซียมซัลเฟตและโซเดียมไบคาร์บอเนต ซึ่งสารทั้ง 2 ชนิดเป็นสารช่วยให้ใสที่ใช้ในกระบวนการหลอมแก้ว ดังนั้นนอกจากจะช่วยรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมจากการลดปริมาณขยะลงแล้ว ยังช่วยลดต้นทุนการผลิตขวดเบียร์อีกด้วย กรรมวิธีการผลิตเริ่มจากนำแบบปูนปลาสเตอร์ที่ไม่ใช้แล้วไปทำความสะอาด บด เติมแร่ เช่น ทรายซิลิกา หินทราย หินปูน ผสมให้เข้ากัน และหลอมที่อุณหภูมิสูง หลังจากนั้นผ่านกระบวนการต่างๆ อย่างการทำให้เป็นเนื้อเดียว การทำให้ใส การขึ้นรูป การอบ จนได้ออกมาเป็นขวดเบียร์
บทคัดย่อ (Eng) :	Waste plaster molds in ceramic industry can be used as raw materials for beer bottle glass. The adding amount can reach 4%-5% of beer bottle glass formula. The waste plaster mold contains calcium sulfate and sodium bicarbonate which are clarifying agents in the glass melting process. In order that, the using of waste plaster mold in beer bottle glass manufacturing is not only protect the environment via reducing the amount of disposal wastes. But it also decreases production costs. The fabrication of the beer bottle glass methods are as followed : cleaning the waste ceramic gypsum mold, crushing, adding some minerals such as silica sand, sandstone, limestone etc., uniformly mixing, melting at high temperature, homogenizing, clarification, forming and annealing processes to obtain beer bottle glass.
