บทคัดย่อ (Eng) :	Water-permeating blocks (e.g.,ceramic blocks) for pavement have water permeation coeff. ≥1x10-2 cm/s, porosity 20-50% and bending strength ≥ 40 kg/cm2. The water- permeating blocks are paved on the road surface, and a heating mechanism provided with heat exchange pipes is installed at the bottom of the water-permeating blocks.
